Lawyer Mgr. Patrik Tulinský, LL.M. is also registered with the Czech Bar Association under registration no. 19654.

Legal fees

Legal fees are agreed in accordance with Decree No. 655/2004 Coll. on Lawyers’ Remuneration and Reimbursement for the Provision of Legal Services (in Czechia, Decree No. 177/1996 Coll.). We always agree the specific fee or the method for determining it before we begin providing the service.

Handling complaints

You can send a complaint about the provision of legal services to advokat@tulinsky.sk. The Slovak Bar Association (www.sak.sk) supervises the practice of law. For services provided in Czechia, supervision is exercised by the Czech Bar Association (www.cak.cz).

Alternative dispute resolution

If you are a consumer and are dissatisfied with how we handled your complaint, or believe that we have infringed your rights, you may ask us to remedy the situation. If we reject your request or do not respond within 30 days, you may apply for alternative dispute resolution under Act No. 391/2015 Coll. The competent body is the Slovak Trade Inspection (www.soi.sk) or another authorised body listed by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic.

For legal services provided in the Czech Republic, the Czech Bar Association (www.cak.cz) is the body authorised to handle out-of-court consumer disputes between lawyers and consumers.
