Pricing questions.
What if the scope changes during the work?
We reach out before any extra item arises. We will not exceed the agreed price or cap without your consent, and we confirm any new scope in writing.
When do you charge an hourly rate?
Only for matters whose scope cannot be defined in advance, typically disputes and open-ended negotiations. Even then we agree a price cap or clear billing rules in advance. For debt recovery, a fee under the attorney tariff or a success share is also possible.
How is the retainer amount set?
Based on your typical month. We propose a plan and capacity; we agree the price, usage rules and carryover of unused hours in advance and in writing.
Is the initial consultation charged?
The first 30 minutes are free and non-binding. A consultation with an attorney beyond that costs €100 per 60 minutes.
