About us · TULINSKY LEGAL
A law firm for Czechia and Slovakia
TULINSKY LEGAL was founded by Patrik Tulinský, a Czech and Slovak attorney admitted to both the Slovak and the Czech Bar. The firm grew out of a simple insight: companies doing business in both countries do not want to juggle two legal teams.
Four attorneys. One clear responsibility.
Our team is four attorneys and an assistant. Your matter is always handled by an attorney.
We are a team of four attorneys, an assistant and junior lawyers. Juniors prepare materials and research, but we follow one simple rule: every matter is led by an attorney — never a trainee alone. Responsibility for your matter is always clear and you have direct contact with the attorney.
“For a company doing business in Czechia and Slovakia, juggling two lawyers is a nuisance. With us, one team handles it.”
And when your business also crosses the Polish border: we provide legal services in Poland in cooperation with a Polish attorney we have worked with for years. You instruct us — we handle coordination with the Polish side.
Predictable, clear, with no surprise invoice.
Juniors assist, but responsibility and contact with you always rest with an attorney.
A fixed price, a price cap or clear billing rules — always before work begins.
We write so you understand — the contracts and what we recommend and why.
If your matter is outside our specialisation, we connect you with a trusted colleague.
