Contract oversight.

When your templates need to change, we contact you.

Your contract templates need not sit in a folder awaiting another one-off review. The system continuously monitors agreed legal developments and relevant case law and compares them with the templates you use to sign contracts. When a counterparty returns an amended template, we compare its changes with your approved position. A lawyer checks the impact and sends you a concrete solution, price and timetable. You decide what changes.

  • Ongoing monitoring without new instructions from you

Oversight continues after the update.

Your templates and counterparties’ proposals enter an internal system that monitors legislation, case law, your company’s context and established practice 24/7. An attorney checks the impact and contacts you with a proposed solution.

Monitoring has a clear scope. That is why you can rely on it.

Technology speeds up the review; responsibility remains with the lawyer. The monitoring scope is agreed in writing, and nothing changes without your decision.

Select an item to see the details.

  • Initial audit and template map

We review templates and recurring clauses, identify the areas of law they depend on and establish your playbook: target position, acceptable compromise and red line.

  • Monitoring within the agreed scope

Promulgated changes to Slovak and Czech legislation and selected case law relevant to your clauses, with scope and sources defined in writing.

  • Counterproposals before signing

When a counterparty returns your amended template, we identify departures from your approved position and prepare a redline with recommended and fallback wording.

  • Improving templates and clauses

Beyond legislative amendments: different versions of the same clause, missing protection already used elsewhere and wording we can now improve.

  • Proposals checked by a lawyer

A decision package, not a generic alert: the affected template and provision, explained impact, recommended and fallback wording, priority, timetable and price upfront.

  • Separate records of your company's decisions

We retain your approved templates, accepted risks and negotiation outcomes, so the next review builds on your decisions rather than starting from scratch.

Core scope and additional services

The core scope covers your templates and counterparties’ proposals to amend them. Keeping records of signed contracts, their dates, renewals and termination windows is a separate additional service — it requires you to check the input data and is priced separately. We do not promise to monitor every area of law or court and procedural deadlines in disputes; those belong to a separate representation engagement. We promise a transparently agreed scope, regular reports and an attorney’s review of every output.

Do you need just one document checked before signing? A one-off contract review is more suitable.

Ordinary AI sees the text. Our monitoring also knows your position.

A general chatbot can summarise a contract and identify common risks. But it does not know which provisions your company routinely rejects, where you are willing to compromise, what fallback wording you use or how our firm has handled similar negotiations. TULINSKY monitoring therefore combines three separate layers of knowledge.

The firm’s know-how is more than a folder of templates. It is a way of making decisions.

We put more than final wording into the system. We also include the rules behind it: which clauses are red lines · what the target position is and what remains acceptable · what compromise to propose if the counterparty rejects the first version · which arguments work in negotiations · when a risk is commercially acceptable · and when an attorney must immediately take over the preparation. The playbook is continuously updated with newly verified sources and the firm’s experience; your client playbook changes only in line with your decisions.

A model may know the law in general. A decision-making system must also know how we protect your particular company.
  1. Current Slovak and Czech law.

Agreed legislative sources, relevant case law and legal rules in the areas on which your templates depend.

  2. The rules and procedures of TULINSKY.

Tested red lines, negotiating limits, preferred and fallback wording, and arguments drawn from the firm’s actual legal practice.

  3. Separate knowledge of your company.

Your approved templates, accepted risks, preferred positions and the outcomes of earlier negotiations. We do not start from scratch with the next document.

From an alert to a decision — without you having to manage the process

Does this process fit your matter? Describe it to the attorney →

  1. We map the templates

We review templates and recurring clauses and identify the areas of law they depend on. We establish a client playbook: target position, acceptable compromise and red line.

  2. The system identifies matters for review

A legal change within the agreed scope, a new court decision or a counterparty's amendments to your template. You do not need to initiate the task.

    • a change in Slovak or Czech law
    • a new court decision
    • a counterproposal to your template
    • a new or revised template
  3. Agents prepare, a lawyer reviews

Specialist agents prepare an analysis under the playbook. A lawyer assesses its legal basis and business significance. Every alert is checked by a lawyer before it is delivered to you.

    • Review agent compares the document with the playbook and prepares preferred and fallback wording.
    • Regulatory agent maps a legal change to the affected templates and clauses.
    • Consistency agent identifies different versions of the same clause and missing protections.

    Sources for analysis

    • Slovak and Czech law
    • the firm’s playbook
    • your client knowledge base
    • your templates
    Attorney review

An attorney checks the legal basis, the relevance to your business and whether the proposal is appropriate. False alarms do not reach you; an attorney takes direct responsibility for sensitive or disputed issues.

  4. You decide and the system remembers

You receive a decision package with a price and timetable. You approve the proposal, accept the risk or discuss it with us. Your decision improves the next review.

    • approve
    • accept the risk
    • discuss

Your decision improves the next review. We record the approved position in your separate client knowledge base and playbook. When the next counterproposal arrives, the system knows what you decided last time and flags any departure.

A report even in a quiet month

Your monthly report shows what we checked, which templates are affected and what you need to decide. An example follows below.

TULINSKY · monthly digest illustrative example

Three matters require your decision.

This month, the system checked the agreed legal sources and the templates included in monitoring. Most need no action. An attorney has prepared a recommendation on three items.

  • legal change

Affected: 2 templates and one recurring clause. A proposed amendment is ready for approval.

  • counterparty’s proposal

The amendments depart from your approved position. Preferred and fallback wording and a redline are ready.

  • inconsistent clause

Two departments are signing from different versions of the same template. We recommend using the approved wording consistently.

a lawyer, not software AI agents prepare materials; a lawyer assesses their legal and commercial significance. You do not receive automatically generated advice without human verification.
scope in writing You know which documents, areas of law, sources and response times are included, and we clearly explain what the service does not cover.
confidentiality We handle documents as a law firm and keep your company's records separate. One client's positions do not appear in another client's output.

You are buying an ongoing legal result, rather than another tool.

Your templates can improve even when the law has not changed. Contractual risk does not arise only from legislative amendments. It often arises because a company uses an older template, different departments work with different wording, or a new counterparty secures weaker protection than you have already negotiated elsewhere. We therefore also continuously monitor different versions of the same clause across your templates, missing protections you already use elsewhere, departures from your playbook in counterparties’ proposals, weaker liability limits or termination mechanisms, and templates that no longer reflect how you actually do business. The result is more than an “up-to-date template”: it is a more consistent and progressively stronger contractual system for your company.

Three packages — choose the scope to match what you want monitored

During the initial audit, we agree in writing on the templates, areas of law, sources and frequency. Depending on the selected scope, we monitor enacted changes to Slovak and Czech legislation, selected case law relevant to the clauses used, and consistency between a template and its versions in individual departments. We also regularly review every included template.

What clients ask

What exactly is monitored continuously?

The agreed business templates and model documents you use to prepare new contracts. If a counterparty returns an amended version, we compare its counterproposal before signing against the law, the firm's playbook and your company's positions.

Do you also monitor signed contracts and their deadlines?

Not in the base scope. Recording obligations, termination windows and dates from signed contracts can be included in an extended service, with verification of input data and a price agreed in advance.

Is this software or a legal service?

A legal service supported by an automated system. You do not need to purchase a licence, introduce a new tool or check AI outputs. TULINSKY LEGAL operates the system and a lawyer verifies the legal recommendations.

How do agents use the firm's know-how?

They work with a decision playbook containing established red lines, negotiation limits, recommended and fallback wording, arguments and procedures from the firm's legal practice. The agent uses it to prepare an analysis; a lawyer decides whether it can be used in the particular case.

Does the system also know our company's rules?

Yes. During the initial audit, we establish a client playbook and record approved templates, accepted risks and preferred positions. We record each subsequent decision so the next review reflects how you actually do business.

Must I remember to request reviews or create tasks?

Not for legal changes within the agreed scope. The system identifies them and we contact you. You only need to send a counterparty's amendments to your template through the agreed channel.

Does this mean my templates will always be current?

Monitoring operates within the written scope of documents, legal areas and sources. We do not promise to monitor all law, and we do not track court or procedural deadlines in disputes, which belong to separate representation. We combine automated monitoring, lawyer review and regular review of enrolled templates so a template does not remain outdated simply because nobody thought about it.

What if I do not want the recommended change?

The decision remains yours. You can approve the amendment, consciously accept the existing risk or instruct us to negotiate with the counterparty. We record your decision so we know your position at the next review.

How do you protect confidential documents?

Documents are covered by lawyers' professional confidentiality. We use technology, including AI, solely as an internal tool in accordance with Slovak Bar rules, with full lawyer responsibility and contractual arrangements governing data processing. Before enrolment, we agree in writing how documents are transferred, access permissions and retention.

How much does the service cost?

The price depends on the number and types of templates, legal areas, jurisdictions and chosen scope. Under OVERSIGHT, implementing a change is priced separately in advance. OVERSIGHT + UPDATES includes agreed monthly capacity for updates. OVERSIGHT + DESK additionally records obligations and dates from signed contracts. The initial audit and setup are priced once. You receive the exact price and scope in advance at the initial consultation. Template oversight is included for clients on the Partner legal care retainer.
