What we'll do for you

You are buying a finished product with clear content and pricing. The Essential package costs 1 000 €, Premium 1 500 €, both final prices. Full document lists are below, so before buying you know exactly what you will receive and by when.

Select an item to see the details.

  • 18 or 26 tailored documents

Complete itemised lists are below. No universal internet templates: every document is tailored to your positions, pay and working arrangements.

  • Initial tailoring included

A short discussion about operations instead of long questionnaires. We replace what you do not need and add what is missing.

  • Updates according to your choice

The system continuously monitors changes in employment law for the country you purchased the package for, and selected case law. We update the whole package at a discounted 100 € monthly for Essential and 150 € for Premium, or selected documents at 10 € each.

  • Updates implemented by a lawyer

A lawyer incorporates the change and stores a new version in the folder with an explanation of what changes and why. We archive old versions. Where a change requires choosing between solutions, we submit it for your decision.

  • Monthly overview

An overview of what was reviewed, what it concerns and whether anything awaits your decision. Even a quiet month has an entry.

How it works

You know the contents and process. Choose the scope and order

  1. Choose a package and request an offerday 0

Choose the scope and submit a non-binding brief. Prices are fixed: 1 000 € for Essential and 1 500 € for Premium. Within 24 hours, we will send you an offer specifying the delivery date and terms, including the duration and termination of monthly updates. A contract is formed only once both parties confirm the terms in writing; submitting the form alone does not bind you.

  2. We tailor and deliver

A short discussion about operations, then we tailor all package documents and store them in your shared folder with a clear structure.

  3. Updates run 24/7

The system continuously monitors the agreed scope of legislation, case law and practice. When something changes, it compares the change with the package and alerts the lawyer.

  4. The package stays current

A lawyer checks and incorporates the change, a new version arrives in the folder and you receive a message explaining what changed. Decisions changing the business's arrangements remain yours.

Every employer needs the same core set of documents. Most businesses spend years assembling it from the internet. A contract from one template, an agreement from another, no policy. It works until a dispute, inspection or departure of someone taking know-how with them.

The employer documentation package solves this as a product. Choose Essential with 18 documents for 1 000 € or Premium with 26 for 1 500 €, receive them tailored to your business, and we keep them current for 10 € per document monthly. You need not know which documents an employer needs. That is our job.

Premium package: 26 documents protecting know-how and the business

Everything in Essential plus eight documents. They protect your investments, stand up to inspection and prepare the business for redundancies before they happen. Essential contains notice; Premium contains what must precede it.

Protecting know-how and investment in people

  1. Post-employment non-compete clause. A salesperson does not leave with clients for a competitor. The law permits it for no more than one year, only for people with access to information that is not generally available, and for reasonable compensation; it must form part of the employment contract, otherwise it is invalid (§ 83a of the Labour Code).
  2. Qualification enhancement agreement. When the business pays for education or an expensive course, the employee commits to staying or repaying costs. Without a written agreement containing the statutory requirements, no repayment claim arises (§ 155 of the Labour Code).
  3. Wage deductions agreement. Damage to an entrusted car, an unreturned laptop, overpayment. Beyond statutory deductions, an employer may deduct only under a written agreement (§ 131(3) of the Labour Code).

Inspection and order

  1. Employee monitoring and CCTV policy. Cameras, GPS in company cars, work email checks. Without a serious reason and prior warning, these are prohibited; the scope, method and duration of monitoring must be communicated (§ 13(4) of the Labour Code). Includes employee information under GDPR.
  2. Internal whistleblowing policy. Mandatory for businesses with 50 or more employees: a responsible person, reporting and investigation methods, deadlines, confidentiality and records. The law prescribes the policy’s content point by point (§ 10(9) of the Whistleblower Protection Act).
  3. Working time, overtime and on-call policy. Who may order overtime and how much, how it is recorded and how on-call work operates. Working time records are the first thing the labour inspectorate requests (§ 99 of the Labour Code).

Organisational changes and performance

  1. Organisational change decision and offer of other suitable work. Without a written decision showing what is being removed and why, redundancy notice is invalid; other suitable work must be offered before notice if the business has it (§ 63(1) of the Labour Code).
  2. Written request to remedy unsatisfactory performance. A different ground from misconduct. Notice for poor performance is possible only if the employer made a written request within the previous six months and the employee failed to remedy the shortcomings within a reasonable time.

How much it costs

Essential costs 1 000 €, Premium 1 500 €, as a one-off payment including tailoring to your business. Prices are final.

Whole-package updates have a discounted price: 100 € monthly for Essential and 150 € monthly for Premium. If you want only selected documents monitored, the individual rate is 10 € per document monthly, so the whole package is worthwhile from ten documents. You can expand or reduce the scope at any time.

The decision is not permanent: you can upgrade from Essential to Premium at any time for an additional 500 €.

Ongoing updates after purchase

Internet documents age from the day they are downloaded. This package does not. It runs on the same system as our flagship contracts under supervision service: the system continuously monitors legislation, case law and practice, and a lawyer reviews and implements every relevant finding. Your folder therefore always contains wording ready to use, without you having to initiate the task.

  1. The system monitors changes 24/7

It identifies legislative changes, court decisions or changes in practice that may affect documents in your package.

  2. It links the change to a specific document

The system identifies the affected document, compares the current wording and prepares a proposed amendment.

  3. A lawyer reviews the impact and new wording

Every alert is reviewed by a lawyer before delivery. If a choice between solutions is needed, we explain them first.

  4. We save the current document in your folder

You receive the new wording and a brief explanation of what changed. The previous version remains archived.

    current wordingchange reportversion history

You need not think about documentation. The cycle continues, and the monthly overview shows what was reviewed.

A folder, not more software

The result is not a licence or a new tool to introduce and operate. The package sits in your shared folder with a clear structure and version history. HR takes the current wording from it for every new starter without having to ask whether it is still valid.

Slovak or Czech package

One package covers one country. Choose Slovak or Czech documentation; Essential and Premium cost the same in both countries. If you employ people in both, you can buy the second package separately; we then update both sets from one firm.

What the package is not

It is not payroll or tax work. That belongs to your payroll accountant and tax adviser. Nor is it representation in a dispute or a labour inspectorate inspection, or taking on the responsible person’s role for reports. If a dispute or inspection arises, an orderly package is the best starting position, and we follow on with a separate service.

What clients ask

You have the key information. Go to the order

Which documents does the package contain?

Every document is listed by name on this page, from employment contracts and work agreements through work rules and policies to notice and immediate termination, and in Premium a non-compete clause or organisational change decision. You are buying specific content, not a promise.

How do the Essential and Premium packages differ?

Essential contains 18 documents covering the normal employee lifecycle from joining through employment to termination. Premium adds eight documents in three areas: protecting know-how and investment in people (non-compete clause, qualification enhancement agreement, wage deductions agreement), inspection and order (monitoring policy, internal whistleblowing policy, working time and on-call policy), and organisational changes (organisational change decision, request concerning unsatisfactory performance). You can upgrade from Essential to Premium at any time for an additional 500 €.

Our business does not need some of these. What then?

During the initial discussion, we review which documents you will use. By agreement, an unnecessary document can be replaced with one missing from your core employment documentation. The complete package price remains unchanged: you are buying a whole.

Can I enable updates for selected documents only?

Yes, selected document updates cost 10 € per document monthly, and the choice is yours. However, the whole package has a discounted price: 100 € monthly for Essential and 150 € for Premium, so monitoring everything is worthwhile from ten documents. You can expand or reduce the scope at any time.

Does this mean documents will always be up to date?

Updates operate within the scope of documents and legislation agreed in writing; we do not promise to monitor all law. We combine automated monitoring, a lawyer's review of every output and regular package reviews so a document does not become outdated simply because nobody thought of it.

Must I approve every update?

No, that is the point of the package. A lawyer incorporates ordinary legislative updates, a new version arrives in the folder and you receive an explanation of what changed and why. We submit only changes affecting your business arrangements for your decision, such as stricter or more flexible home working rules or the scope of employee monitoring.

Must we introduce new software?

No. Documents sit in your shared folder, such as Google Drive or SharePoint, and we maintain it. You need not buy a licence, train staff or check another tool's outputs.

We also employ people in Czechia. Will one package cover that?

No. One package covers one country. You can buy a Czech package separately for the same price; we can then update both sets from one firm. We are registered with both the Slovak and Czech Bar Associations. Czech employment law has equivalents of all Premium documents — non-compete clauses, qualification agreements, wage deductions agreements and internal reporting systems — but conditions and limits differ, so the Czech package is not a translation of the Slovak one.

Why is the non-compete clause only in Premium?

Because not every business needs it and poor drafting is expensive. The Labour Code permits it for no more than one year, only for people with access to information that is not generally available; the employer pays compensation of at least half of average earnings each month. Including it in every contract means unnecessary payments. Omitting it for a salesperson with clients becomes apparent when they leave. Essential includes a confidentiality agreement protecting information, but not against competition.

We have cameras and check company emails. Why a policy?

Because without one, the law prohibits it. Without serious reasons, an employer may not interfere with employee privacy through monitoring, recording calls or checking work emails without prior warning, and must communicate the scope, method and duration of checks. A camera without a policy produces evidence that turns against you in an employee dispute and a fine during a Data Protection Office inspection. The Premium policy puts this in order, including employee information.

Must we have an internal whistleblowing reporting system?

Yes, if you have at least 50 employees, and regardless of headcount in selected sectors, such as financial services. The law prescribes a responsible person, deadlines for acknowledging and investigating reports, confidentiality of the whistleblower's identity and an internal policy with specifically listed content. Premium includes that policy; if you want us to receive and investigate reports as an external person, that is our separate whistleblowing and reporting system service.

We are planning redundancies. What will we use from the package?

Notice from Essential, preceded by an organisational change decision from Premium. Redundancy notice is valid only if the employee became redundant because of the employer's written organisational change decision and the employer first offered other suitable work, if available. Courts set notices aside precisely because decisions are missing or insufficiently specific. For poor performance, notice requires a written request to remedy shortcomings within the previous six months; this too is in Premium.

What does the package not cover?

Payroll, tax and contributions. Those belong to your payroll accountant or tax adviser. Nor does it cover representation in employment disputes or inspections. These are separate services that follow seamlessly from the package.

We already have documentation. Does the package still make sense?

Yes, onboarding is often quickest in that situation. We review existing documents, include the effective ones and add only what is missing. The package's value is that it will no longer depend on someone remembering it.

How much does the package cost?

Essential costs 1 000 €, Premium 1 500 €, as a one-off payment including tailoring to your business. Whole-package updates have a discounted price: 100 € monthly for Essential and 150 € for Premium; selected documents are monitored at 10 € each per month. Prices are final.
